Yes, the shuttle is alive and well.
I'd also have thought that it would have stopped after the Barbary Coast sale, but something ($$$$$??) kept the shuttle in place.
It still leave the side of Bill's (Barbary Coast) every 20 to 30 minutes. First stop is Gold Coast, then The Orleans.
The shuttle runs from 9 am until 1 am.
Just be careful, as some of the old-gray-hairs that play bingo at the Gold Coast can be VICIOUS when they want to get on the shuttle in time for their bingo game! Yikes!
