Walk over from Bally's to the South side of Bill's (formerly Barbary Coast) near the parking and valet entrance. On the sidewalk there you will see a shuttle sign for the Gold Coast. Take the GC shuttle over to the Gold Coast and just walk across the street to the Palms.
