We can still warn others, as long as we post positive feedback. The comments section is still there. EBay also says it will be more proactive about non-paying buyers, but until they tell us how many strikes it will take before a user is deleted, it's hard to have confidence in the system.

EBay also is counting multiple feedback from the same source, so my feedback rating jumped from 1460 to 1610 over night.
