Yes, they changed the feedback system in many ways. In one way, it is like being reborn as a virgin. You may find yourself back to 100% positive feedback! Last week, for example, you may have had 1500 unique positive feedbacks, and 1 unique negative feedback from years ago, thus giving you a 99.9% feedback percentage for everyone to see on each of your auction pages. Now, they take the percentage only for the last 12 months, thus you could have a 100% feedback percentage showing on the auction pages.

Here is they way they described it in a general announcement:
"We will base the Positive Feedback Percentage on the past 12 months of activity (and include neutral Feedback in the calculation)"
