I think Circuit City has one of the best sites for reviewing features on computers. They frequently have great customer reviews and generally they have good prices. I bought a Toshiba from them about 5 years ago and am still using it. I only had one problem - darn thing suddenly wouldn't boot one day - clicked the restore and it went right back to work - fortunately I had back ups of my important files - like the chip scans.
