Using Aaron's "legal brief" above, I'd say that you have several options to be proactive in this endeavor. Right now you have my attention and I am a PC Member. Say the word and I'll place it before the Committee. HOWEVER, if you wish to take on the action yourself, then by all means have at it. I know of at least one current BoD member with kids, a BoD Member to-be with kid(s) and past BoD members with kids, some of whom have been to the Conventions and might be interested in their own Meeting time!
