First off, I'm a registered Democrat who voted for Clinton because I feel she would make a fine president.
She's smart, hard working, and even given her flaws, would do a much better job of leading our Nation than the man who now sleeps in our White House.
So, Doug, you're not as sharp as you might think you are!
However, if Obama gets the nomination, I'll be just fine with him as my choice over John McCain, who for me will be nothing more than a continuation of the Bush years. And I don't want that for myself, my family, my children, my friends, and even you, Doug!
Obama is SMART, and more than capable of surrounding himself with the most competent and qualified people to fill out his administration, something Bush did NOT do.
He doesn't need to be anymore experienced than Bush was when he was first elected, because he is so much smarter then Bush will EVER be, and that's good enough for me.
You, on the other hand, are free to vote for your guy, McCain.
And if you want, lets wager a small, or not so small, bet on who wins, OK?
