So...let me get this straight: I buy a chip that is worth..... say....$2.00, and then I have to pay $13.00 to have it sent to Canada?.....hmmmm...so that is $15.00 for a $2.00 chip....right? Hmmmm....hell...how can I possibly pass that up?
