the limited number of new mwmbers, especially the younger folks. I don't know the average age of members, but what I see at the convention is a majority of older folks. We will soon need 5-10 minutes to read a list those who have passed. I'd like to see membership dues half price for everyone joining under 25 yrs. for the first few years. I'd like to see more dollars spent on advertesing our club. I'd like to see a membership drive w/incentives, for each existing member to bring in new members. We all can talk to family members,fellow casino fan's, poker players (if at each poker table we talked about our our club) we might get some interest. Even have each members place an ad in the local newspaper offering chips for sale, and follow up with a club pitch. Even an add for the club in the local paper. A contest for the most sucessful members in the membership drive, donated chips would be a great incentive. Just some ideas, I'm sure other members will have ideas to improve these, and many better ideas of their own. Every club, church, and various groups need young blood to survive. Our club is one of the best kept secrets, on earth.
