No one there seems to know the answer to this question. The lady at the cage had to make three phone calls to see if they could sell any extra chips that were not won in the promotion. After the third call she said the heck with it and just sold me some. When I answer how many were made she looked at me very strange. I grabbed the chips and got out of there.
