I have purchased chips from Mark, and I find him to be reasonable. Although I also would prefer a seller to state their price, people are free to do what they want. I would not even attempt to seriously lowball someone who I knew was an experienced collector, as Mark is, but I have found him to be reasonable in negotiating prices.

My feeling is if both sides are a tad unhappy, you probably have a fair deal all the way around.
