The design is far closer to the one Debby created for John than the original BoB chip.
John's chips were made by reputable casino manufacturers who would never have made them if they were not satisfied that the design would belong to Debby with no 'infringement'.
For the record, several of the deisgns you refer to from chiptalk were originally submitted to and rejected by the same manufacturers for infringement reasons.
