Call me crazy but I think the TCR should be published at least every two years. Even if it is just a new cover on old numbers. How about an online subscription version that could be updated for new finds, ect. There is a point where volunteerism and responsibility need to make closer friends.

I do not think the club getting involved is a solution at this point.
