Who was the second high bidder (if you don't minding revealing that info)? I noticed that the third high bidder stopped at $70. I didn't recognize the winner. I wonder if the second high bidder is a known collector (to me at least).

BTW, If a couple of c&s collectors that I know did not have that chip, the final price would have been much, much higher. However, I thought most c&s collectors had that chip. Maybe there is new blood in the c&s game.
