Currently at $212, with just under 2 hours to go, this will be my last promotional post. But I certainly wish to thank the bidders involved thus far. Some are new names to me, while some are familiar.

Certainly a fair amount of action on this auction, and more 'Watchers' than bidders. Both are probably a mix of those who have the chip (watching for value) and those who do not, watching to snipe!

Anyway, this place is now a vacant lot, on Main Street, just a few blocks East of the Plaza. That means that this property backed-up against the Union Pacific rail yard. Kind of surprising that they billed themselves as a bit of an up-scale Hotel and casino operation.
