If we don't need a ED now, at what point would we need one? Will we ever need one? Are there any other organizations like ours that we should be using as a model for growth that don't have an Executive Director.
More than looking over a museum, the club needs to monitor and guide the hobby as an advocate.
or maybe not. I think it should.
Can anybody answer this question, What can the club do better? Or What is the clubs function in regards to the hobby. I'd be interested in hearing members input on that question.
Beyond when their Magazine arrives or not, what are people's expectation of the club. Maybe I'm expecting too much.
Are the founders and board members pleased with the club as is? What is their vision for the future. Do we want to limit the number of members, do we want to grow to double our membership in a couple years. How will that be accomplished? I know these are a little out there, but where do we start.
Just some food for thought.
