To my knowledge there are only two survivors. It wasn't in TCR until I got them from the cage manager at the Flamingo. They were used as a poker drop chip at a time when there weren't many collectors. It wasn't used by the players, so it would be unlikely for one to accidentally wind up in someone's night stand drawer.
