John Ascuaga's is just that...John Ascuaga's family owned casino managed by his daughter Michonne. I would bet that with a respectfull approach to management you might get at least reimbursed for the cost of the room and/or meals. I know it is very hard to not be extremely angry when something like this happens, but take into account this isn't a corporate casino and decisions can be made imediately without fear from above.
