() If you just click on "Search", select the time frame and type in the name, you will find recent posts by the person. Just open any post and their email addy should be there.
Another (quicker) way, assuming you use Internet Explorer AND your ChipBoard view is a day or two worth of posts, just left click "Edit" on the menu bar, select "Find (on this Page)" and type in the last name or something unique about how they fill-in the name block and click "Find Next".
It should start finding posts that the person made and those posts will contain the email address.
But I guess the easiest way to do it is to just ask and have someone else do the work. (vbg*
