Use their live chat. They have real people in real time to work with you. I used it just yesterday when I discovered someone had hacked into my account and fraudulently put up for auction over 10,000 worth of golf clubs in buy it now auctions. I worked with the security people in live chat as well. They fixed everything very quickly including resetting my password, canceling the auctions, clearing my bill, and notifying the fraud investigation dept.
