The problem was the friggin' "ebay playground"... maybe i hit by mistake some link...
i had to close the browser and clean the cookies to be able to run ebay in the classic mode. On the ebay playground there's no room for casinos... And it was impossible to go back to classic ebay, even clicking the right button.

Now it's working as usual.
