don't know best, but eSnipe very good, unfailing
In Response To: snipe service question ()

Again, I haven't studied them all, but I like these things about eSnipe:
¶ nothing to download, so if my computer or browser connection fails, eSnipe still makes the bid.
¶ no subscription, monthly fee, etc -- basically, you are paying as you use it. You can start off for free, I think, for a while. Then you pay $5 or $10 or so to have a balance which they can deduct from -- only deduct for winning bids. Then they tell you when your balance reaches zero. Very casual.
¶ relatively cheap -- pay about 1% of only successful bids.
¶ years ago, their bidding malfunctioned occasionally, but are perfect for last several years or more.
