I haven't read through them yet, but one thing that caught my eye is this:
"Shape-based pricing for First-Class Mail International letters, flats, and parcels."
I used to enjoy the simple way to send things abroad. Now the headaches we have with letters/flats/parcels standards are added to international mailings too.
