It appears that the brass has already been machined flush on the edges. I would say the plastic has been removed from a chip. However, the surface looks too smooth, with no casting marks. I wonder if this could be one of the Chinese counterfeit slugs that was used for the 100's at Harrahs and caused the rack change?
