So, it is official...I can now attend the show as I have officially booked and paid for my rental for two weeks. It was touch and go there for awhile.
Would have liked to stay at the Riv, but it works out much better financially for me to rent the home that we stayed in when we were there in February....especially for a 2 week time period.
I even worked out the dog problem and found someone from here who will come over every afternoon to look after her for an hour or so while Rejeanne is at work.
Will be leaving on June 8th...driving of course...and will arrive on the 12th and staying until the 26th,so that will give me time to look at condos/townhomes,attend the show,and play some poker.
Everyone in the piggy bank contest,should make an extra effort to cram as much money in as possible so that when we can all crack them open on June 4th,we will be all that much richer.
Looking forward to seeing some of you again and to meeting the ones I missed in February.
Hmmmm...wonder what the cost of driving(gas) will be this time? I might have to have another contest..this one based on gas expenses
