in which I expressed that in my opinion their decision was unfair and that I wanted a refund of my listing fees and an apology. I indicated that with 750 positive feedbacks I wasn't out to screw anyone over and that if descriptive adjectives such as "new", "old", ect. were not to be allowed, that Ebay should have kicked it back at the onset of listing the auction and not after there were numerous bids. We'll see if they decide to be reasonable.
