I have an auction underway on eBay and for some reason (certainly NOT a box I checked) a PayPal Account is required to even bid. The irony of this, is that I de-selected PayPal as an option, because I don't accept credit card backed payments to my PayPal Account and I don't want to up-grade, so I can't offer PayPal in my auctions!

So, my question is, can I some how change the requirement to only bid if you have a PayPal Account? If not, can I cancel the auction and re-list? (I do have one bid.)
