One of eBay's rules is that you have to actually sell something and not use an auction lsiting solely as a platform to express personal views. Richard was aware that this might happen. I think the idea of adding a chip would insulate the listing from attack.

I don't know whether eBay is able to spot this particular violation without another seller complaining first. I suspect that's what happened here, so that tells me the other PB sellers will continue to maintain vigilance.
