Elaine according to Archie's AC guide the "before chip find" prices were
PLA-1 $20-25
PLA-1a $30-40
PLA-1b "unique" $1500
PLA-1c "unique" $1500
PLA-1d $20-25

meaning there were at least five different $1 chips!

Soooooo I have to go back to the same ole saying "what are you willing to pay". I guess the market will decide.
