Rare Hooters chips, Hard Rock and the like are created collectables IMO. It never fails that they are scarce initially and then someone dumps a hoard and the prices drop like a rock. Lots of funny business goes on with the new collectable chips and even the plugging of old drilled ones, etc. Collectors can only take so much of that before they find a new hobby.
