Sorry, but it's the same response I hear around here when the proposed smoking bans here in Kansas are brought up. It's a public health issue; it's no different than regulating cleanliness in the kitchen of a restaurant so it's patrons don't get sick or mandating the removal of asbestos in public places since it is a health hazard. Furthermore, these businesses where smoking occurs have employees and those employees are entitled to work in a safe and healthy environment. I know, I know; if the employees don't like it they should go somewhere else and work. Some people don't have that luxury; the restaurant, bar, casino, etc. is the only place to work in some towns. It's coming, eventually it will be the law of the land like it or not.
