Eight states and only 42 more to go! I don't think the employees should have to go home smelling like an ashtray. Why should one person be able to make the other six setting at a card table uncomfortable. Where's the "rights" of the other six? The sooner the state of Nevada falls into line the better! I personally smoked the nasty things for 33 years because my fellow employees didn't tell me how much I stunk up the place. It is time for all Non-smokers to stand up and be counted.
