Hi Greg. Allow me to add this info about the link

First off, for those who do not know, Greg Cagle is the owner/webmaster of ChipTalk.net. He is also a ccgtcc Member and supports the Club. He was named last year as THE Recruiter of the Year, winning the Club's Robert "Bob" Mera Recruiting Award. (Congratulations again Greg.)

May I also congratulate you on your pre-planning efforts to recognize your 10,000th member to ChipTalk.net! I believe you are about 600 new registrants away and you and NanaBanana are exploring celebratory activities in preparation for that milestone!

But back to my stated reason for this post. Following the link provided will take the reader to Danny Lowe's rented forum on ChipTalk, under the screen name: NobleCountyDanny. A rented forum at ChipTalk.net is a place of business, kind of like an eBay Store. The renter has full moderator rights at the forum and may or may not accept reply postings to offers being made. (I do not know how Danny has set up his forum up.)

But my point here is that Danny has stated that he has acquired a great deal of Playboy chips from the un-earthed find in Hernando, MS, in a quantity greater than the 10 sets of 500 each he is selling right now. I have also learned from various sources, that part of the mystery surrounding the find is a result of who the "co-workers" are that found the chips. Turns out that they are all law enforcment personnel there in Hernando. Not that that makes a difference to the validity or non validity of the fnd, or actions there after, only that it does esxplain a little bit why information was difficult to obtain. (Ask Von. LE types can be a tight knit group!) Also interresting to see in the statement by Danny (who evidently went there and made deals with the finders) that the burial site was covered by concrete, which will certainly help to protect the earth exposed chips to some degree, over the years of burial.

As I stated in a previous post ...
I think you'll find that's quite common.
