I hope Charles Kaplan sees this for the CCCC newsletter. I must say I suspected something like this when three sets of these hit ebay recently. It's good to know for sure.

Now that this information is out, I can't see the seller getting those prices for these chips anymore. It seems like the Caribbean collecting community is a small one, and this kind of information should get around pretty fast, even to those not on this chip board. Perhaps if we politely point this out, they may be willing to lower their prices to something much more reasonable.

Do any of you experts have any opinion on what the prices should be, given this new information? I would like to get a $1 and a $5 eventually.
