Just to give you an example, a package going from Pittsburgh to Vegas with the following:

Weight: 75 lbs.
Dimensions: 20 x 16 x 14 in - about the size of the standard clear cartons.

Will cost you about $78 to ship via UPS Ground.

Weight: 125 lbs.
Dimensions: 20 x 16 x 14 in

Will cost you about $118 to ship via UPS Ground.

Just a couple of suggestions:

I would not ship in the plastic as the contents are visible, use a box.
Chips cannot be insured by UPS, FedEx, or DHL. As soon as the carrier finds out the actual contents they will deny any claim, even if you call it "collectables".

If you decide to go this route LMK, I own a UPS Store and should be able to work out a discount on the shipping. I also know a store owner in Hershey, PA and might be able to work a deal with her.
