work is great here....Well, construction work is. Vegas will be opening 40,000 new casino rooms in the next 5 years. I heard talk that City Center will initally hire over 15,000 people when they open. When the Wynn opened a couple years ago they hired around 10,000 to start. They have since tappered off. That will prolly be the next big boom out here in a couple years when the CC, Echelon, Fontainbleu open. I have a buddy in my crew that is looking for a house here. He found 10 houses he liked and talked to his realtor and 6 of the 10 all were under contract. Hopefully we have found the bottom. Come on out Rick! 90 degrees y'day and 50 mph winds today!!!!!
