I purchased a chip on eBay from this dude in the UK and it took a over a month to get it, which I knew it would.
Now if I were a newbie on eBay, I might have given him a neg.

Which is why I don't sell out of the USA because I know all I will get for my trouble is a negative feedback.

Plus, soon eBay will make you accept Paypal, like they are doing in Australia now, I have no problem with that as I don't buy or sell with anything else, and always pay with my credit card.
