Well Bill,I have to say that several of my friends who play on the net have encountered some severe bad beats and losses on the net YET they do very well in casino play. I am constantly hearing about people who win big on the net but...do you ever notice that no one seems to ever lose? Not likely!
I know that there are random card generators but I wonder just how random these things are especially when you see the ridiculous beats that happen online. True..you play twice as many hands an hour but I just wonder if perhaps the amount of time(not much) that you have to think(some players actually think),causes players to call bets when they shouldn't and this might set up the amount of bad beats hitting online. Of course,with the exposed cheating hardware and other scams prevalent online,I also wonder about that.
I don't have the answer to that one. I do believe though that "imaginary chips" are a lot easier to toss away than real money that you are holding in your hand in a casino.
Who knows. I like playing and enjoy playing against the club members and that is why I keep at it.
