If you mean how do you add a picture to a post in this message board:
(1) first you need a jpeg (or even a gif maybe) -- you can get one uploaded for free here -- click the "file upload" link near the top of most pages.

(2) then you surround the jpeg with [ pic] and [/pic ] tags (no spaces, though) -- click the "formatting" link on most pages to see how -- look for the Lady Luck casino chip example. ... .... ..... Or simpler yet, put the jpeg url in the "Optional Image URL:" box below.
