I will give them a monploly, which was not permitted last time I checked, and I think there will also be an issue about them charging closing fees, then fees to use paypal (I don"t think they can legally make you use their payment system, then charge you for using their payment system).
I think they'll still try, but I also think they'll get sued in a hurry......but I'm not a lawyer, so I could be completely wrong.
