It just seems to me [and I'm in my mid 50's] that many of the collectors are older and some of my friends who were collectors have passed on already, plus most of the great older chips are salted away in collections now and the few that are available are so pricey, that [just speaking for myself] I can't afford them, so I guess some of the gloss of the hobby has worn off for me. Hate to be a downer, but that is what has happened to my enthusiasm for the most part.
