Oddly enough, the state with the nation's highest unemployment has not been filling those $300 to $500 hotel rooms at the Detroit casinos. Revenue is down at all 3 Detroit casinos, and Greektown is having trouble finding equity partners as required by its financing plan with the gaming commission.
