I figured the youger Frank Miller Gould ordered the chips. Since Frank Jay was 72, I figure that he would have ordered chips much earlier.

I've always thought that there are burgee poker chips out there for a large percentage of the US elites back from the turn of the century through the 40's. Chips (since there they are burgees) were probably kept on the yacht.

There are burgee chips known for the Goulds, Huttons, Pulitzers, DuPonts, Mandels (Mandel Bros. Department stores, Chicago), Fishers (Body by Fisher), Leymans (don't know much. There is a Harry S. Leyman foundation). I believe this is just the tip of the iceberg. Personal chips may never be discovered.
