snapper: you all know this one
working: refering to bets on craps that are normally inactive on the come-out
lammer: plastic markers for on or off bets and to track markers given out
inside stick: a full crap table delt only by two dealers
2-way: player betting for himself and the dealer
barber poll: when a player or dealer mixes larger chips within smaller denominations.
bump: dealer receives an extra break
mug shot: a request for Surveillance to get a picture
clear your hands: showing top and bottom of hands before leaving table
capping: placing money on bet after dealing starts
lumpy: a new dealer who deforms cards due to nervousness
