Alex,I find that the new confusing way that eBay lists their shipping options cause alot of sellers to overcharge without really realizing the actual costs.
If I feel I am being overcharged I always ask the seller to "reexamine" their fees and 99% of the time they will recheck the math,or at least go to the post office to get a true shipping value.
Mind you,I won a couple of silver strikes a few weeks ago and the guy told me he wanted $14.00 to mail two up to me.I told him that I would not even remotely consider that and now he has decided to not even answer my emails(5),so obviously I will not be getting what I bought. So..."neggy" feedback time coming and I am sure that he will retaliate but...I don't have any right now,so I guess that I am due.
Seriously...if the price is way too high,then just email the seller and suggest to him that you know that it does not cost that much to mail to you. He/she just might surprise you.
