When you do a search there is a line just above the list of items found that says how many have been found - at the right side there ia a link to "save this search". You have to give the search a name and click a box to tell them to send you emails whenever anything new is listed that matches the search - I usually say "no" because you will be inundated with mail if there are a lot of matching items. After the search has been saved it can be accessed under the "Favorite Searches" on the left side of your "My EBay" page. Good Luck...
