I was in vegas for St Pats day and did not find a single chip to snatch up for the occassion. I did find several casinos with the Chinese New year chips however. Maybe any budget for LE chips was eaten up by the creation of CYOT Rat Chips. Many more casinos made the CYOT Rat chips this year than in past.
