In Puerto Rico, the casinos cannot issue their own tokens. Instead the tokens are made by the government and can be used at all casinos. If you go to the Caribbean ChipGuide Puerto Rico page, in the list of casinos there is an entry called "Puerto Rico Tokens". That is where you will find scans of all of the the government issued casino use tokens. As a group, they are very nice looking tokens.
