It was my understanding from speaking with gentlemen of Summa Corporation, Maheu was already gone. However, whether he was gone before or after the DI purchase really has nothing to do with the purchase of the Sands and the HNO chips. (Maheu was then long gone) Bill Gay was another matter that has nothing to do with the purchase of the Sands and the chips under question.
