I found some and have sent scans in an email. Just thought I'd show them here also.

The $5 Princess, unlike the restriction noted, was obtained from the main cage at the Princess Casinos, Belize City, Belize. While the $1 Crystal Palace is highly used, until you get a better one scanned, please feel free to use it.

Lastly, the $1 Puerto Rico token is interesting (in my mind) because it is not from a casino, but is acceptable at any casino in Puerto Rico. I'm not sure I've ever heard of such a thing. Not sure if it fits into the CCC website for that matter. But if it does, you've got the scan.
